Tweet Throughout my consulting career, I have been involved in countless Supplier Diversity initiatives, working with companies to develop programs from scratch, as well as enhance existing programs. In every project, the primary objective was to increase spend with diverse suppliers. However, the first problem I’ve often discovered is that the existing procurement processes and infrastructure aren’t adequate to support a high-performing supplier diversity program.
